Every piece has a fixed price. You don't need to know what you need: tell us what's going on and we'll show you where to start and what it costs.

Each block has a size depending on how much it covers, and each size has its price.
Setup

The first thing you pay for: the assessment and the roadmap, which you keep in writing.
What you take away

- The roadmap in writing: which blocks, in what order and at a fixed price.
The roadmap is yours even if you don't carry on with us.
Size S
One specific piece.
For example: Team announcements, Automatic alerts, Quotes.

How you pay
Two ways to pay, and the system is yours either way
You choose. The code and the data are yours from day one, however you pay.
One-off payment
- Each block is paid in full: half when it starts and half on delivery.
- The setup works the same: half at the start and half with the roadmap.
- Invoices are due in 15 days.
Payment plan
- €900 up front, which is the first half of the setup.
- The rest of the build, in 12 instalments. We give you the total for each way of paying so you can compare.
- It runs for 12 months. If you stop early, you settle what's left with no surcharge, and you can switch to a one-off payment whenever you like.

After the build
Ongoing Service, from €200 a month
Essential €200, Improvement €450 and Evolution €850 a month. It starts with the first delivery, and to move down or stop, give us a month's notice. If you stop, maintenance becomes yours: what we've built stays yours, but we no longer look after it.

No. Each block has a fixed price before we start. If something gets complicated or changes, you know before it happens, not after.
Yes. You start with the setup and the first block. The next one, whenever you like.
Yes. We connect to what you already use or bring your data over, and what works stays as it is.
If something in a block doesn't do what it says when we deliver it, we fix it at no cost for a month.
